Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday we will start processing orders the next business day, unless the item is custom, made-to-order, or made-on-demand. In such cases, the lead time stated at checkout will apply. If there is a discrepancy between product descriptions and the checkout lead time, the lead time at checkout takes precedence.

Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International orders may require additional processing time before shipment due to customs and export requirements.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Order processing times

• Carrier performance

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost, missing, or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an "undeliverable address", we may apply a reshipping fee to send your items again.
